Separate alliance forums
Sorry if this was suggested before...
Maybe what we need a separate forum for OneWorld and Star Alliance and any other big airline alliances in the works. THis can address general questions (like earning miles for one program when you fly a partner and getting awards.)

We've had this suggestion a couple of times now (about 3 times,... that I recall). Everyone seems to like the idea,...
I wonder why FLyerTalk managers haven't done that yet ...

I think I was one of the earlier proposers. I get to London or Paris on AA a lot and have to then get around Europe. I'd be interested in others' experience using OneWorld partners in that and other contexts.
To SCMM: FlyerTalk software applies a "junior member" label to anyone who hasn't posted a few dozen messages yet. It's no reflection on you or on the value of your comments. Stick around and it will go away. Meanwhile, don't sweat it!

Just another thing that come to my mind in a related issue ...
I think 'Passages' is history ! It's about about time to have Cathay,Singapore and Malaysian in separate threads .... don't you fellows agree ?
