25% Bonus Starpoints for SPG AMEX in Nov.
Just got a direct mailer for 25% bonus points using SPG Business AMEX during the month of Nov. Seeing that I put on about 100k/mo. this is a pretty good deal, but the fine print says it is limited to a 20k bonus. You must enroll for this deal.

I'm eligible - was notified by email & with a mailer, and registered. Wish they'd done this last month instead of this one, though.

To those who always qualify for this kind of thing, is there anything distinctive about your spending habits on the card? Never spend? Spend lots$$$$? Thanks.

My printed offer arrived in the mail today (14 Nov). How bizarre that an offer presumably intended to incent recipients to charge lots more on their SPG Amex card would only become aware of the offer after half of the eligible timeframe had passed.
Someone dropped the ball.

The header on the card says "Thank you for being among the first Starwood Preferred Guest Business Credit Card members".
I am not sure how it would be targeted because a Friend of mine uses the same card that he only recieved 3 months ago. He puts about 30k/mo. on it and he was able to register for the promotion.
We did have a simular promotion I believe 2 years ago and the max bonus was 50k if I recall.
Don't forget this is the SPG AMEX Business card. I do put on about 60k-100k per month on my card, so I will run up against the 20k max.
