I also tried to update within my profile; same issue.

This should be fixed now. My apologies for the inconvenience.

I've been getting this error for about a week when trying to view stay details:

The system is temporarily unavailable. For assistance, please call 866-500-8320 in the U.S. or Canada. Residents of all other countries, please see our Worldwide Reservations Offices .

Thank you. We apologize for any inconvenience.

I'm not able to change existing reservations on SPG.com. The Change Reservation screen does not seem to render correctly, and clicking on Continue does not do anything. Both in Chrome and IE, at home and at work. It looks to be related to the new (and IMO not fully vetted and implemented) booking screen.

Others having the same issue?

It is possible that there are some reservations which can no longer simply be changed and retain the same confirmation number. IIRC, award reservations would fall into this category and perhaps some paid reservations where the cancellation deadline has passed.

If you'd like to send screenshots of what you are trying to change, you can use the email address below and one of us will forward them to the proper department for review.

Same situation for all my upcoming reservations, both paid and award. I will send an email with screenshots. FWIW, don't really need to make a change right now... if it were urgent, I would just call. Thanks. :)

Yes. Tried to do it with a cash booking as well as a C&P booking -- things that shouldn't have any issue at all. The Change Reservation doesn't render correctly for me either; what should be checkboxes are buttons, and things don't line up correctly.

There's also a java script error.

For whatever it's worth, I've made, changed, and canceled several reservations today. No issues on spg.com. Using Firefox 8.0.

It is possible to submit a retroactive credit only by faxing the folio. The "submit" button at the Missing Credit form is not working.

Strange, because it is no point stay at all. BTW no points are taken and if I click confirmation comes a correct confirmation ( cash stay ):confused::confused:

I started to do a non-refundable reservation yesterday. I was in step 2 when you review information and click on "change personal details" to change my credit card number (I did not want to use pre-registered credit card). Instead of going to the page where I can change details, it gave me a confirmed reservation !
I don't really like the fact I made a non-refundable reservation without clicking on "confirm" but the biggest problem is I don't want to use that credit card at all since it has high forex fees. I called spg and they cannot do anyting, told me to call the hotel front desk who did not answer and did not return my call and finally I changed the credit card on the reservation and I sent a email to the hotel but I am still worried they will charge the wrong credit card...
