Guaranteed Room Type?
Hi, I was wondering if SPG has any sort of guaranteed room type compensation similar to Marriott?
I am a Platinum member, and had a 5 night King Bed booked in a Sheraton in Seoul, but they "upgraded" me to a Club Level Queen, and have no other King rooms available. (The Club Queen is the same room with a smaller bed in a higher floor with club access that I already had due to being Platinum)
