Purchased points not instant?
That must be new, bought some points yesterday and they are still not in my account(?).

If the Starpoints you purchased have not be credited to your account after 24 hours, please provide the details of the purchase (date, amount of Starpoints and cost) to us via private mail or bye email below. We are happy to have the team to look into it for you.

Two separate accounts, and nothing after more than 24 hours. Used to be instant.
Please don't tell me this is just accidental...
Sent an email, they want me to call them (!) Seriously? Why should I waste more time on this?
