Corporate rate and promotions
I just got offered a corporate rate from a Le Meridien hotel where I stay quite often. The rate is very good, better than what I usually pay, hence I'm tempted to sign the contract. However, just got a question about Corporate rate and promotion:
If I signed on for a promotion like the one going on right now with Le Meridien (2000 SPG bonus points per stay until Feb 15th 2017) would the corporate rate prevent me from getting the bonus points?

If the rate earns Starpoints, and stay/night credit, the biggest question might be does this particular Le Meridien property participate?
