Cancelled reservations not disappearing from MY STAYS list

Cancelled reservations not disappearing from MY STAYS list
Cancelled two reservations in the last few days, yet they still show up on MY STAYS list. One is for Dec 6-8, so not a big deal. Should disappear shortly. The other is for Aug 2017 after my BRG was denied. So will that remain on my account for the next 8 months???
When I click on the reservation, it does say that it's been cancelled.
Edit: My mistake, second cancelled reservation is gone. It's just the first one that's still showing up and should disappear in a few days. Nothing to see here. Move along.

Oh joy. Toronto hotel has gone ahead and charged my US credit card for a 2 night stay (even though I used a Cdn card to make the booking) as if I was a no show. Reservation was cancellable and I cancelled 3 days before arrival. Sigh.
I forwarded my cancellation confirmation to hotel. Wonder who will cover my foreign exchange loss.
Note to self: if cancelled reservation is still showing up in your account, all is not well!
