If someone issues you award;egible for upgrade
if someone issues you a starpt award for a nite in the hotel; the person receiving it has plat status.. do u get the upgrade?

Are you sure? If you are receiving the reward (not giving) and the one using room shouldn;t you be able to upgrade?

If the person staying is a Platinum member, they would be entitled to their usual Platinum level benefits...other than earning stay credit, that is.
