Starwood servers down?
Right now I'm getting a 404 error on spg.com, sheraton.com, and all other Starwood domains I can think of.
Either the servers are down, or there's a big dns problem going on.

I think they took out the extra "Halt" statement out of the program for the IBM 1401 emulator.
