Taxis have a fixed rate of 500 pesos, which is around $26. You prepay at the airport and can use credit card.

i would assume owner wants to renovate and flag as Four Seasons. if renovations are announced, good to go before they are done, because it will almost certainly make Belmond look cheap in comparison rate wise.
