Fair Phone Charges
I'm at the Sheraton in Clayton MO this week,
very fair when it comes to telephone charges.
If you make local calls, its $1 per day for unlimited local calls.
I think this is most fair.
The hotel is very nice, I was upgraded to a suite at check-in as a preferred guest Gold member.
Staff has been very helpful, decor is nice.

Well, now I don't know what to think.
I stayed at the Sheraton Park Central in Dallas over the weekend, and not only was I upgraded without asking, and service throughout impeccable, there were NO phone charges. None. Nada. Zip. Zilch. They even had all the MCI/Sprint/AT&T/etc numbers entered into their speed dialer, so you just picked up the phone, and dialed a 2 digit number.
So if they can do it, why can't all the other Starwood properties?
