Sucks that Singapore only has expensive properties... no ALofts or 4P. The Sheraton sometimes offers good deals under S$200 though. Tempted by the new Westin as well but ouch... :) Fingers crossed. |

Why not try a mattress run in nearby Kuala Lumpur? There are 4 properties there to bounce around. Am planning to try for Plat in 2014 using KL as a base for mattress running. You're right, Singapore is just too expensive.

Qualified on stays 9/30, now at 27 stays 37 nights...Will hit 50 nights by end of year, looking forward to the SNA!

Just hit 50 nights last week...........pretty low beans compared to some others out here. I can't believe how many nights some people get in such a short period of time.

Just re-qualified with 25 stays (31 nights). I also re-qualified for GP Diamond, so I'm debating whether to shift remaining 2013 nights to SPG to join the 50/SNA club. Based upon what I've read in threads here, the value proposition with 50/SNA is weak.

I've had a couple of useful SNA's, but not all 10. I wouldn't go out of my way, but it would tilt me to SPG in a toss-up.

Since some missing nights are arrived the 50th night is completed. Another 10 SNAs are arrived too. Waiting for the 35 % off and have another roundabout 20 upcoming nights in the account.

Had it on stays awhile ago, but just hit 50 nights for the first time. Hooray SNAs! (Interested to see if they are as useless as some folks make them sound)

I qualified via stays a while back, but my 50th night just posted, so now I have 10 more SNA's. I was/am hoping this program gets revamped, but I don't know how likely that is.
