Difficulty Using Points

After 20+ years, I switched from Marriott to Starwood for my credit card points. I did this because I recognized the value of Starwood points vs. Marriott points....until recently. Now I am finding it extremely difficult to book rooms with more than 2 people using points. What's up with that? Even though the rooms have two beds, still no more than 2 people. I heard this was a recent change with Starwood. If this is true, I will be switching back to Marriott ASAP since I usually travel with 3 or 4 people in my party. Thoughts?

Thanks for the link. I am currently gold elite with Marriott and am in Times Square at a Renaissance hotel. Free breakfast, free appetizers. A great feature of Marriott gold. Plus a free night every year. I am now reconsidering my switch to Starwood and maybe back to Marriott.
