Recently, I have been staying at two property (Westin Palace Madrid and Sheraton Prague) booking two rooms in each hotel.
I/we stayed two nights in Madrid and one night in Prague. If I understand this correctly that should convert in 6 nights on my account (I made both reservations under my name and I paid for everything with my card. Additionally, I made very clear at time of reservation, during check in and at check out to credit nights and points on my account).
After few days I got all the points, but only the three nights for my room.
Have I understood it wrongly or should I be credited nights as well for the second room booked? they should count as eligible nights, right? In both cases I booked and paid standard rates available on SPG website
This is particularly meaningful in this frame because a part the nights missing, I ended up the promotion with 18 nights and the three nights missing means 12.000 points.
Now: I have already spoke by phone more then once with the two property directly (spg coordinator on site) and they both told me they were going to add the missing nights. That has not happened yet. After 4/5 days I have spoke with Platinum concierge. They told me I was entitled for the nights and they were going to press properties to post missing nights.
Nothing has moved.
What do you think should i do at this point to make it happen, assuming I am right with my expectations?
