If anyone has Starwood Reservations in Phoenix for superbowl 2015, or knows who is holding them, [they've been booked since I checked almost a year ago], please let us know!

Out of curiosity, I checked booking.com and found the "Kierland Commons Condos" with a sizable 2-bedroom apartment at $900/night. Not sure what it is, but it's right across from the Westin Kierland. Everything else looks like Days Inn or booked solid. Good luck!

Thanks for checking on that one, a bit outside the price range with the hit on the tickets
- still looking for these just in case any flytertalkers have some, would be nice to avoid the trek from Tucson.

Cheers
-Kevin

Prices on rooms should be dropping as fathers decide they don't want to take their sons and husbands decide not to take their wives to see those nasty, cheating Patriots play.

SPG opens inventory 18 months in advance, so they were certainly sold out a year ago. I released mine when the Steelers lost.

Set a reminder in August....

That would be following game ticket prices, which started falling as the Pats lead increased during the game. Seems no one wanted to see them even before they were exposed as cheaters.

Zoom....

I looked a couple of weeks ago and was able to find rooms through Marriott -even using points. Lower end of their chain, but still rooms locally.

You might want to consider Tucson; it's not that long of a drive.

Thanks - backup plan is Tucson and have a reservation there.

Last year in NY was awesome I think it was 140/night at the Element Times Square.

I think this year the WM open is on the same date so the city is overflowing.

and surprisingly, ticket prices are going up.

I'd have expected the opposite, strictly because it's 6 trips in 15 years for NE and back to back for Seattle so the "I gotta see my team in the Bowl" folks have already gone to a game
