The Gwen Chicago Breakfast is voucher for continental (which appears on the menu), however staff will happily apply the $14-per-person credit ($28 total) towards any other items on the menu.

The Westin Whistler offers full buffet breakfast or 1,000 Marriott points. Breakfast was ok (by North American properties standards) :)

For the Netherlands:
You can remove the Hotel des Indes as it has left the Marriott chain.
For the Marriott The Hague, everybody with Platinum gets free breakfast in the Lounge as of last year (September 2018) when I stayed there. On a recent stay (last week) I was offered the full breakfast buffet, but I am not sure whether that's available for everyone with Platinum and above or whether that was only offered to me because of my Ambassador status.

Reg. Marriott The Hague, this Ambassador was not offered full breakfast 2 weeks ago. So no pattern to rely on.
