Am I right in assuming that you were not a member of Air China's frequent flyer program at the time of the flight, but you are now?

Some airlines allow retroactive crediting of miles when you enroll, but I am afraid Air China does not.

But if you did have an account already open with an AirChina partner, like United, you could submit your receipt with ticket number on it and boarding pass to United and get miles there.
