No Show on *A RTW, D-Class?

Was wondering if there is any penalty for current CSTARRTW's for a no-show (D class)?

It is not explicitly stated in the fare rules, as I can see.

From the T&C on the Star Alliance RTW calculator:

'A charge may be payable for the services of rebooking, rerouting, cancellation and refunds. For detailed information, please contact your travel agent or the ticket office of a Star Alliance member airline.'

This fee is typically US$125.

The complete answer depends on what you mean by "no-show".
1. Not using the RTW ticket at all?
2. Not using one sector on the ticket?
3. Missing one flight, but rescheduling to a later flight?
