Choosing a program ?
My fiancee is wondering what *A program she should use.
While she has an ANA Mileage Bank already started, she's now that she's living in Canada, it seems like she can't get anywhere on the QM's to reach any kind of status. I'm wondering if starting from scratch will lead her to a status level quicker.
We have a YYZ-CDG flight coming up in Tango Plus, and then after that, an AMS-ARN-MLA-FRA-KBL-LHR Europe pass with MAD-LIS possibly to add to it, also in coach..
Chaptwo, hates coach...and needs a window seat

If she cannot achieve that amount of miles within one year, there seem to be two options:
1.) a program with a very low mileage requirement for status
2.) a program with a longer qualifying period, e.g. two years instead of one
For 1.), there are several programs that give you *S for 20k or less:
- BD at 19k
- SK at 20k
- OZ at 20k
- TG at 10k (within first year, or 15k within two years)
You could also consider TK, which requires 25k to qualify but only 17k to re-qualify after that.
For 2.), TK and OZ provide the best value. See here:
