"Cheapest" Star Alliance business class fares between North America/Spain

"Cheapest" Star Alliance business class fares between North America/Spain
We are interested in a "cheap" Star Alliance discounted (or consolidator) business class fare between USA/Canada and Malaga Spain (or at least to the nearest Star Alliance hub to Malaga). I wonder if any airline can give a return fare (yes, I know this is a ludicrous question - but I will ask it anyways) of US$2000 or less (for the return fare - not for the one way fare!). Of course, if such a fare were to exist, then the next question is whether we can earn full frequent flyer miles with a Star Alliance frequent flyer plan (in our case, Aeroplan).
