Which airlines has BEST/WORST IT system on their web site within *A?

I vote SAS(SK) as worst IT system within *A.

Because:
  • Every country has differnt booking system, different information about FFP etc.
  • You cannot see how many miles you will earn or which booking class you will be booked BEFORE completion of the booking. (You'll have it in e-ticket though)
  • Even you sometimes cannot check in online with the booking reference code which you've made directly on their web site!
  • Many errors, of course...
Within my knowledge, I vote for best IT sytem,
OS for in general
NH for *A Award booking

Sorry, but OS sucks. You can't even find J fares (unrestricted) on its site without complications and errors.

The SQ website seems really crappy for multi stop bookings as you can only have 4 different cities.

Everyone seems to have positive things to say about the ANA site since you can find award seats easily across the entire alliance, something no one else seems to have managed.

You want the worst? Try www.flysaa.com. I am not sure they are ever quite "up".

Unrestricted business on OS books into the C bucket. J is very restricted business class on OS.

The year is soon 2009, there are still only AC and NH which offers *A Award online booking system.

I wonder which year we will see that all *a airlines offer online *A Award booking system. (Year 2052?)

What, no-one has complained about AC.com yet?
One of the worst for sure, especially in terms of reliability and functionality.

I'm happy to say that united.bomb isn't the worst within *A.
CA or FM should be the worst.

Not quite in *A yet, but Continental.com is rather good, could be the best.

[The fact that you can never find award flights isn't a website problem.]

BD are awful.... At the moment you cant ring the call centre due to telephone diffficulties, and the website is freezing so you cant make a booking there either..

Is it the Australian SAS website lets you know which booking class you are booking into?

Best site: united.com. Lufthansa's is not bad either. Worst sites are SAS and US Air.
