I also vote for Austrian. I always thought Swiss would be better, but on my first RTW last year I was much more impressed with Austrian on several legs.
I should note that this doesn't mean Swiss is BAD... it is just that I have had the experience of Austrian going above and beyond what I've had on other carriers.

I have flown LX longhaul J several times, but not OS. LX J service is a bit mechanical IME, but the food is edible, the wine very drinkable, and the amenities solid for a J product. The seat is pretty slanted, but I sleep fine in slanted seats on my side. I have heard great things about the OS onboard catering and they are top 3 on my list of J services to try. One of the advantages of OS is that J is the top class onboard.
I have flown both shorthaul in J on both on trunk routes like VIE-ZRH, ZRH-FRA and both hubs to London and they were all great. I have been lucky in that all of my intra-Europe flights on LX and OS have been very empty in J, so I get amazing service and the crews were all very friendly - there was no rush for meal service, and I learned a lot of great stuff.
It also happens that Austria is my favorite place in Europe, so I get all excited about anything Austrian

Back in Jan I flew Swiss business from Sao Paulo to Santenago (spelt wrong). I thought it was alright. Food was good, but the service stood out for me. They FA's were really on game that day. Just before landing they came over and said thanks for flying with Swiss etc...very good service.
My friends and I are flying from LON-DEL in October. They are all going coach, but becuase I have enough miles, I was thinking about using them and going business. I could go out with Austrian and back with Swiss, from the sounds of things, maybe I should go both ways with Austrian??

I flew LX J several times and I think it's ok. BUT......... yesterday I have flown OS J for the first time. WOW! I did FRA-VIE-JFK and Im still shocked. Service and catering (specially on longhaul) are OUTSTANDING and by far the best european or american J class I've ever experienced. I flew FRA-VIE on a 321 and VIE-JFK on a old but "fresh" 767 with the new J seats.
No doubt, choose OS. ^

OS because:
Easier airport to connect through: VIE for sure
No chance of the "bucket" seats in Business: OS for sure. LX depends on route.
Better food on board: OS for sure- cook on board the plane with personalized menus.
Also, OS does not have F like LX does- so the attention is dedicated to the business customers.
