Anyone with access to official *A Guidebook?
Does anyone have access to the Official Star Alliance Guidebook? I have a PDF copy of the 2005 book and would love to get access to a 2008 or even 2007 copy. The lounge lists, major airport maps, rules and booking codes are quite useful.

Anyone?
