converting points

is there any possibilty to convert continental one pass miles to lufthansa miles and more? maybe thru hhonors or similar?
please advise

shows you how to convert but you will take a huge hit (if the conversions are still possible). You may only end up with 20000 or 4000 miles/points when all is said and done.

I have yet to find a conversion that's worthwhile.

Yes, you can convert through Amtrak and HHonors. You will lose 80% of the miles. For example, if you convert 20,000 CO miles, you will get 4,000 LH miles.
