*A Arrivals Lounge in NRT ?

*A Arrivals Lounge in NRT ?
I'll be arriving in NRT on SK in C, and am SK*G. I'll be heading directly from the airport to a client, and so I am wondering if anyone knows of an *A arrivals lounge (I'd guess ANA, but would I have access?) in NRT, where I might freshen up - ideally getting a shower - before leaving the port?
Absent a *A arrivals lounge, do anybody know if there's anywhere in the airport (day-room, shower-room) where I could pay my way?
(I'll ask in the destination Japan forum too, in case...)

Bugger - well, usually I don't arrive at NRT with such a tight schedule, so I've not paid attention to such 
Thanks for your information, that I may avoid searching in vain when arriving.....
I found some pay-for-facilities here, which I'll check/try out http://www.narita-airport.jp/en/guid...st/svc_52.html - knowing the Japanese, they'll probably be in good & clean condition.

Actually, there is a NH arrivals lounge which is for NH passengers ONLY.
You need to have come on an incoming international flight on NH with F or C boarding pass or in Y with NH's own *G members.
The arrivals lounge doubles up as the domestic departure lounge.
