Yes I thought that too until UA taught me different.
Had 'lovely' longhauls wedged between spring break students
who seemed to have never seen a metal tube that flies.
Or between flocks of young families who triggered the sympathy
of the FAs and hence had to be moved to the front of the plane.
So E+ is at the mercy of the moods of the crews and the GAs .

Fair point. At the end of the day, EVERYTHING is at the mercy of the moods of the crews and GAs.

Standards are to be uphold and rules ought to be followed...
but not anymore with good ol'UA.
