Circle pacific and is it worth doing as a MR?

Hi,

I was just wondering is it worth the money to do the *A circle pacific as a MR? i'm short of about 45 000 points for renewing my SKG and currently based in greater BKK area. I figured if i do the CPSTAR2 in J i would get to keep my gold status for another year. I havent been lucky or competent enough(and no time) to find any good MR deals from BKK, so figured to go easy and do the CPSTAR2.
So basically is it worth doing, and if it is, should i go with some another FFP than SK?
Thanks for your toughts.

1. How much is the fare.
2. Where do you want to go or is it just for the miles?

3. Do you think that it's worth it to the MR?

Since you are based in BKK, there are many more options to take rather than the Star option..

There are good C class fares on NH for example, or LH/LX to North or South America via Europe which cost less than the Star Circle Pacific route.

And, oh yes, Welcome to FlyerTalk !
