These are not to be confused with the 60 euro 'upgrades' that agents can sell and check-in day of flight. You do not get C miles for these.
It pays to check the different country sites as I have often found better deals there. If you use the promotional callendar you can basically just ad 60 euros each way to those fares.
243 euro is the lowest rt offered at the moment on the Swedish site. It apears to be 336 euro on their International and Spanish sites site now the largest difference I have seen over the years. It was normally just around 10 to 20 euros more.
Business Restricted is available on BCN and MAD routes to ARN and CPH and for a little higher you can connect through BCN to MAD and I get 1000 miles for that segment on my SK EB.
They can only be booked from the first page of JK websites now and you have to choose
International "Business Restricted"
Spanish "Business Restringuida"
Swedish "Business Restricted" in menu but also "Begränsad Business"
JK is owned by SAS Group and SK EB post as 3400 miles ARN-MAD. CPH-MAD 2800, ARN-BCN 3000 CPH-BCN 2600.

You need 6 2/3 rt or 13.25 ow segments for SK EBG *G outside scandinavia with 45000 total needed.
each night at Radisson SAS hotels give 500 points that count toward status as well. I stay at Lisbon property for 40 euros a night sometimes. Weekend and Holiday time rates can be fantastic and I earn about 10% of my *G that way each year.
As EBG star gold you can use 10000 point hotel rewards when you want. So, for every 3 segments to Scandinavia I earn a free 3* or 4* hotel night. They even have deals going now where you can get Best Western hotels for 5000 points a night.
Corte Ingles sells US flights in U that give 100% in Economy while on the US site they sell T for same price that give only 25% or sale fares in G that give no miles except on UA MP or US DM.
They have made this game really challenging but there are ways to get to *G for under 1500 euros and it is well worth it. As international *G you get lounge access even on domestic flights in USA as well so no need for club membership.

[QUOTE= I usually fly 30k miles/year. Mostly within Asia or to Europe. So I think Spanair Plus is the ideal FFP for people like me. Or if you know a program that would be better suited for me, please let me know.
Thank you[/QUOTE]
It really depends on your travel patterns and what you want out of your FFP. Usually, it makes sense to choose a FFP in your country of residence. In the case of Spanair, you can make *S with just one return flight to Asia and enough flight segments (two or four) within Spain to meet the total of 6 segments on * airlines.
Within Spain, *S benefits aren't too bad (probably because there aren't that many *S and *G around): check-in at the Business Avant counters, and extra 20kg baggage allowance, and (if flying with JK flight numbers, even on codeshares) access to JK-run lounges in MAD, BCN and BIO.
Outside of Spain, I'll be hard-pressed to see many benefits unless you make *G, then again, if you travel enough to make *G, then the FFP in your country of residence may well be the better deal for you.
