RTW question

Hello! I'm working on my round the world itinerary :-) It'll be a few years...
Anyway, after a few days in Moscow I'm planning to visit Dubai. SQ flys from Moscow Domodedovo (DME) to Dubai (DXB). I see no way to book it on SQ's website. I can book a flight to DME or a roundtrip but it seems that Moscow is not one if the cities I can start a journey on SQ, at least as a US resident. Will this be a problem on a RTW or will I (or a TA) be able to get that flight for me?

SQ has traffic rights between DME and DXB. But as you're not buying your ticket starting in DME, you don't need to worry about just booking a flight. When you plan to travel, your TA would be able to book the flight as part of your RTW ticket.
