RA= German security charge CAD35
WV= Libya Airport Departure Tax CAD4.73
XT = Other Taxes (which are then split out in the fare calculation box...):

QO = Argentina Customs and Immigration tax
TQ= Argentina international departure tax (security)
ZQ= Airport Facility charge (used by a number of countries - my guess here is Brazil or UK)
UB= UK international passenger service charge (applies to connections)
HB= Italy departure tax (charged by the local council - Milan in this case)
IT= Italy departure tax (national)
VT= Italy security charge
YQ= Security and fuel surcharges

In the fare calculation box, the number before the letters in each case is the amount paid for that tax in the ticketing currency (CAD in this case). For instance, the Security and fuel surcharges total CAD143.57.

The taxes look a little low to me (the German taxes in particular, and there seem to be no Brazilian charges).

to me, the use of the word 'taxes' has reached the heinous...a lot of them are levies by the airlines themselves, masked as taxes so we hate the gov'ment, not the airline..
http://www.consolidatedtravel.com.au/qf/taxes.asp is a useful way to see the differences
