Best program for person based in Dubai

I am based in Dubai. I will be doing a RTW trip in business in September. Besides that I will do some a few trips to the USA/ more to Europe/ and some to Asia. Your suggestions would be helpful.

I'd probably suggest LH's Miles & More given the amount of flights they have into DXB and your future travel plans.
