I'm flying SQ 26 FRA - JFK on *A award.
Any advice on seats in C?
I don't know if I'll have much choice as it's a connecting flight from SIN.
I hope they don't have middle seats (3 across) in C.
Thanks

This route is ususlaly served by a 747-400. C class (Raffles) seats are on both the upper and main decks. You should try to get seating on the upper deck (2-2) rather than the main deck (2-3-2) as it feels more private.
My own personal favourite here is Row 11, the front row of the upper deck - you get good space and it feel very private. You also seem to get served first. The personal TV screen is is built into the bulkhead, but is very large so you can see it easily even from a distance.
The seats are Spacebeds, which fold into a lie-flat position and are very nice indeed.
