Asiana: seating question
I called Asiana today re seat assignments on award tkt for my leg from INC to Hanoi. Since it wasn't noted on my paper tkt, I asked what kind of aircraft, and she answered "small." I said that we needed seats, and since I was a UA 1P, I would like (expect) the exit row, which she said we could request at check in. We got 17 A&B. I have no idea where these are, if they are any good, or if the CSR knew what she was talking about.So, should I call again, and hope for a more helpful and informed CSR, or does some FTer out there have the answers (I hope) for me?
