Checking bags through with multiple carriers but on same ticket
I booked ORD-ZRH-LIS with United miles.
This was booked on one ticket, but ORD-ZRH is on Swiss, and ZRH-LIS is on tap
When I check my bag with Swiss in Chicago, will my bags be transferred all of the way through to my final destination LIS? Or do I have to pickup my bag at ZRH and recheck it? If the latter, I'm slightly concerned because my layover is only 2 hours.

In the before-times 2 hours was plenty at ZRH btw. I don't know if there are any covid related delays at ZRH but I doubt it. One thing to be aware of is that numbers are higher in Switzerland than Portugal so depending on how things play out having a connection could subject you to additional restrictions in Portugal. I don't think that's the case yet but I don't know and things can change in the future.

They should be checked through all the way. When you arrive at LIS you should go through the Green (or Red) exit, not the Blue exit as your bag will be marked as having come from outside the EU.
