Arrival lounge JFK
Flying SAA Johannesberg to JFK business class .14 hour flight and arrive at 6.40 am and hotel check in is only at 1400
Is there a arrival lounge ,star alliance or I have world citizen lounge key to have a shower

There is no arrivals facility at JFK, especially for Star Alliance because United does not serve JFK. Without a onboard BP you won't be able to access any of the other facilities with showers inside security.
Might just have to try your luck with a early check in and/or see if they'll grant you access to a shower-equipped health center/gym if applicable.
