Transatlantic *A - Preferences?
Did a search of the archive, couldn't find much on a comparison of transatlantic services on *A. Going from YYC-LON via NYC, and looking to maximize miles, while riding in some sort of comfort in Y.
I'll offer this to start. Please disagree with me.

UA E+ is always good, especially if you can reserve the right seats (row 17 or 31) on the B777.
Row six on an UA A320 for intra USA flights is almost as good as domestic FC.
SQ FRA-JFK.
