UK Comp
Hi,
Having filled in the registration form for the offer, I then received a confirmation mail asking me to print off the form and send it with proof of status. I can't remember any notice to print the form, but anyway - I now can't retrieve it as my account number to be comp'd is already in the system. Anyone any ideas how i can get hold of the form again?

well.. sorted that - have a different problem - I am working in Belgium for the moment - anyone think Star Alliance would have anything against the fax form and status proof being sent from outside UK?
Also, is there any reason not to blank out account number and mileage details (other than status, name, date etc. I want the comp, but at the same time would blank out items on a bank statement, so do not really want to give Star more info about my travelling and mileage etc with One World than necessary to comp.
Sorry if being thick here..

I sent off my silver qantas stuff with the relevant details showing.
I have not heard back at all though, and I faxed the details through at the start of last week. not an email to say they have recieved them, or an indication that the vouchers and stuff will be sent out soon.
Im hopeful that the stuff will come fairly soon, but depending on the numbers of people appling, who knows

Does anybody have a contact e-mail or phone number for Star Alliance UK in relation to this promo?
I tried to register online but my browser would not go past the registration page, and when I tried to re-submit, I got the message that the Status Match could not be completed as a Member has already registered with that frequent flyer. Clearly, my application was received on their server but nonetheless I was not able me to progress to the next page.

but the confirmation page actually said to send email statements to that email address.
there is one way round the fact that you did not get the confirmation page to print out and fax off.
go through the form and fill it in with gibberish. then when you submit it, save the whole web page, then go in and manually edit the HTML to show the relevant details you put into the system.
I presume that would work, but the email address in the confirmation is [email protected] and the subject line was "Proof of Status"
