Which Star Alliance Partner to join?

Hi new to Flyertalk, looking to be a Star alliance member, but which one? after relocating from Holland I will be flying roughly 12 times between the Uk and Finland with a mix of LH and SAS plus a few internal BMI's. My aim is to earn enough miles to fly to SE Asia. Which programme do you recommend ? Thanks in advance..

First have a look at the comparison chart, I am sure others will have some suggestions based on your flying patterns.

A prime determinant might be your ability to earn miles on other partners (hotels, credit card purchases, car rentals etc.).

You don't appear to be in the running for elite status and are looking primarily for miles? (of course that's what we all said when we started )
