Claiming Miles

I'm not sure where this should go.

I flew Air France a couple of months ago from LHR-SIN via CDG. Plane was delayed, connection was missed, and was rerouted to HKG, where I wound up taking SQ from HKG - SIN.

Am I entitled to *A miles for the trip. My SkyTeam miles posted correctly to DL as far as HKG, but I would like to credit the SQ segment to A3.

Where should I start?

Thanks, Monkville

If you have an account, log in to Miles and Bonus and then follow the instructions at "claim missing miles"; you might be required to send the relevant BPs.

If you don't, create one and then same as above, after having checked that A3 allows to retrocredit flights taken before signing up (which is the case IIRC, but I'm not 100% sure).
