*S in E+?

Do non-UA *Silver members get E+ seating on UA and, if so, is it done automatically or upon request?

Thanks in advance,

It is a benefit of *S and you should request the E+ seating.

Is the reverse true?

I will be taking a EUR-US trip in May and at the moment both Austrian and SAS are working out way cheaper than UA for the dates I need.

I'm UA 2P - any idea which of the two I should opt for?

My wife is ROP G but when she flies UA 9most of the time), she does not get automatic assignment to E+, rather she needs to ask at check-in counter.

If the seat is available, they never told her no though.

Good luck on your seat!

BTW, *premier (*S, *G) members can get seat assignments on SK and NH's premium economy?

Both SK and NH have actually rather extensively enhanced their E+ products, and have a much more restricted access to those seats than on UA.

For example, NH's E+ is only open to Full Y pax for pre-reservations, and then at the airport NH's top 2 levels have standby access, first-come-first-served.

As a UA *S, it seems I won't get SK E+ seats coming up on CPH-ORD (767) and SEA-CPH (343).

Or will I ...?
