My wife is ROP G but when she flies UA 9most of the time), she does not get automatic assignment to E+, rather she needs to ask at check-in counter.

If the seat is available, they never told her no though.

BTW, *premier (*S, *G) members can get seat assignments on SK and NH's premium economy?
