Priority Waitlist and Standby
Priority Reservation Waitlist and Priority Airport Standby are published benefits for *Gold/Silver. In apost in the UA forum I found a link to the UA boarding priorities on the AFA UAL website.
This does not mention *G/S at all. Does that mean we have to remind UA agents about these benefits? (Or is the info on that website just outdated?)
I have never had any problems, but maybe I was just lucky.
