Value Alliance

I have searched and searched to find more info on VALUE ALLIANCE.

Formed in the past summer with the LCC's of major airlines in the STAR ALLIANCE I am trying to find which benefits are interchangeable between itineraries incl both alliances's carriers.

I have read the initial statement but I cannot find more info after searching this whole site.

Help would be appreciated.

Furthermore doesn't this subject deserve its own listing under "Airline Alliances"? There is also the Hong Kong Airlines alliance of other LCCs.

Not unexpected, as there are no connections between Value and *A (I don't include part-ownership among "connections") as far as the customers are concerned. It's been like this for the airlines that are members of Value since the beginning. We (party of 4, 2x *G, 2x *S) recently flew on TT: they couldn't care less about us!

This. The new LCC alliance in Asia is completely unrelated to *A.

Looks like a completely separate alliance to me.

The first implementing member of Star Alliance connecting partner, Juneyao Airlines, is not even a member of Value Alliance. The other airlines mentioned, Mango, is not a member of Value Alliance either.

I flew twice with one of the partners recently (Tigerair Australia) and I was amazed that the Value Alliance was not mentioned once: Not at the CI desks through a banner or something at either airport, nor at the gates, nor on board as a PA; simply a no-thing!
