UA Global First vs AC Business?

UA Global First vs AC Business?
Hey fters! I need some quick help that would be greatly appreciated! Currently in TYO, my options to go back home are either UA Global First (80k miles) or AC Business (75k). What would you all recommend? Thanks

It would also help to know what the overall routing and which Global First route you'd be taking though in general I too believe UA GF>AC J.

Thanks for the feedback everyone, we ended up taking UA GF back. We flew NRT-IAD. Excellent flight, food was good, wine was good, everything was good.
