EVA Business vs ANA F

I am planning a trip to Asia and I am trying to choose between these 2 flight options:
1) IAD-NRT: ANA F class
2) IAH-TPE: BR J class

I have done J class in ANA before, but not F. I have not flown BR before.

Not even close. BR J class is great, but NH F is a different league.

If using UA miles, not sure I would burn the extra 50,000 miles each way for NH F. But that depends on your preferences and how many miles you have.

They are both showing as savers for 80k miles for some reason.

NH F!! BR J is a VERY GOOD PRODUCT for J-class, but, as IluvSQ said, NH F is in a different league (in leagues of other very good IFC products). Not a apples-to-apples comparison!

That was a great trip report, completely agree NH is great but falls a little short compared to CX and LH.

I have always said about LH is only good on the ground but nothing is good in the air, and definitely below NH.

I have never had great food with LH F, good yes. Their regional non German dish are C class quality at best, even the German dishes lack of any wow factors, I mean even a poached lobster dish only has one tiny lobster craw, are you kidding me ? Their FA are mostly good, but I had experienced both FA that served F hide in the galley the whole time between meals, never had that happened with NH F !

Unless LH still has that seat + bed option in the 744 in F, then I can forgive the mediocre food being served on board.
