Question *A Lounge Access Question

I am *g traveling from EZE-GRU via a *a carrier. I know I am permitted 1 guest into the *a lounge at EZE. Does this guest need to be flying on *a for me to guest him on? He is traveling on AA with a departure at the same time...

Yes, your guest must be departing on any Star Alliance flight. It doesn't have to be your flight, but it must be one of *A's partner airlines.

In the *A Website,
The guest must also present a boarding pass for any Star Alliance flight departing from the local airport

As an official policy, AviatorBora us correct, however enforcement will vary from airport to airport and agent to agent. It's certainly worth your time to try and see what happens (without drawing atrention to your friend's AA boarding pass of course). Half the time lounge agents pay no mind to my guest's boarding pass.
