Connecting in CPH

Not sure if this is the correct forum, but I may book a return flight to the US via AMS in May starting in BLL and then flying to CPH and then onto AMS (the first two flights are on SAS, the third on UA).

The BLL-CPH flight arrives at 7:30, the CPH-AMS flight departs at 8:15. It is a legal connection but is it too tight to be realistic? (Please don't suggest alterntatives--if I want to be on UA, this is the only flight that would work for an early arrival at IAD. I have spent a lot of time looking at alternatives but there are no other ones on *A.) So is it too risky to make this connection to the CPH-AMS flight? Thanks.

It's a bit to walk from the domestic terminal to the departure gate for the flight to AMS, but it's absolutely doable in 45 min. You don't have much to go on in case of delays though....

Yes doable if flight is on time. There is no immigration until AMS since you remain within Schengen zone.
