Earn EQM on Codeshare flights?

Earn EQM on Codeshare flights?
Domestic Flight within China
Flight number:CA 3335
Operating Carrier: Shenzhen Airlines
Booking Carrier: Air China
Booking Class: F

Crediting the miles to A3.

Question: Do I earn miles according to A3's CA or ZH tables?

There's a minimum earning based for CA so if credits to CA, then I will book if not, I will forget it.
