*A gold lounge in SIN
i am planning an up coming trip to SIN Changi Airport and any help would be appreciated -
there seems to be some conflicting information concerning *G lounge in singapore. from what i gathered, as a *A gold, flying Y, i will be able to use only SATS premier lounge. Will i be able to visit more than 1 lounge/day? since they issue lounge access vouchers, i probably can only go to one lounge/visit, rigth?
if my flight departs from terminal 3 (UA/CO), will i be able to use the SATS lounge in terminal 1? can i easily go from terminal 3 to terminal 1 and back after clearing immigration? it sounds like i am departing at 5:30am (TG lounge will be closed) so my only options are the SATS lounges. is there anything else that might still be open in those hours?

I'm not certain about the lounge access, however I do know that the three main terminals are interconnected via walkways (can take up some amount of time, maybe 20 or so minutes, depending on where you are walking to/from) and the skytrain. Getting to/from the lounge to your gate should be fairly easy, if perhaps slightly time consuming due to the size of the airport

In my opinion, there is a lot at that airport that can keep you entertained, besides hopping from one Singapore Air Lounge to the other. . .
Butterfly Gardens, Koi Ponds, movie theatres and a swimming pool??
Although I do agree that the KF Lounge in T3 is the better one. No problems accessing with Star Gold in the past...

SATS lounge has been stripped off its *G lounge designation. However, Asiana departing from Singapore still uses this lounge for *G and its premium customers. As it's not a *G lounge, entering with an Asiana BP will strictly require lounge pass. I hide my lounge pass last week and tried to enter SATS lounge only with my *G card and was refused entry. The SATS lounge even has a sign stating clearly to (direct) all eligible LH passengers to use the KFGL opposite.
My recommendation: KFGL in T2 has superior and excellent food selection, compared to the KFGL in T3 and SATS. So, head to the lounge in T2 to fill up and then stop by KFGL in T3 for better environment/lighting/ventilations for resting.
Hope to have informed you well.
Thanks,
Perks of the World.

This is not necessarily a bad thing.
SATS was always busy and didn't seem to have the exclusivity of the KFGL.
It won't be missed as long as there is a better offering next door .
