dividend miles redemption
I'm using Aeroplan to find the schedule from CMH to SUB for my award flight, however, SUB is not on the drop down list and the closest is SIN. The flight from SIN to SUB is covered by silk air. Is there anyway I use my award from CMH to SUB?
if not, if i purchase the ticket separately from SIN to SUB using silk air, can i connect the baggage together all the way to the SUB? how do i do that?

You cannot redeem US miles on SilkAir flights.
I have no idea if US will check the bags through to the SilkAir flights or not. In theory they can but whether they do or not is at their own discretion at the airport when checking in.

Strangely it seems no *A way into SUB, surprised TG doesn't. I've found SilkAir to be overpriced before when traveling intra-SE Asia. Other options that you can look at are *A to CGK and GA from there, or even CI has a SIN-SUB listed daily depending on your arrival time. At least with CI or GA you can likely get some Skyteam miles out of the short flight.
